Our soap base is just a few ingredients: Coconut Oil - Antibacterial, Anti-fungal, Lathering, Cleansing and Moisturizing. Palm Oil - Moisturizing, Soothing, Nourishing and Protective. Olive Oil- Lathering, Soothing (great for Eczema & Psoriasis), Conditioning and Moisturizing. Hemp Seed Oil – deep moisturizing, anti-inflammatory properties, balance oil production, sooth irritation and potentially help with conditions like eczema and acne due to its rich content of omega-3 and omega -6 fatty acids. Castor Oil – Moisturize, nourish and cleanse the skin. It can also help with acne inflammation and wound healing. Customization of your favor soap label is FREE as long as you are ordering 10 or
more. We will include the bride and grooms name and wedding date on the label - for example: "Tina & Ben April 20, 2025" or words of your choosing.
Ordering less than 10 of an item you can STILL have customization there is just
a small $15 fee to cover the time we spend formatting your label.

We offer gift-wrapping for purchases and will include a custom note. Receipts are not included in the box as you receive one via email. Type your gift message in the "notes to seller" box at checkout, and we will hand write it onto the card.

Returns
Our policy lasts for 10 days after delivery. If 10 days have gone by since the
delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of your item. Once the item has been inspected and deemed unused and in new condition a refund will be issued to the payment method used to place the original order.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are not
refundable and deducted if appropriate. If you are shipping an item for return you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
